Before & after: I recently shared part of this project, I was able to return this morning to see the kitchen completed. My client had water damage to the wood floor, which needed to be replaced and she wanted to change to tile. She also wanted to stay with a modern design throughout the first floor of this brownstone. She opted to keep the kitchen pendants because she couldn’t find anything brighter and this can be a dark space with little natural light. Existing cabinets painted, new quartz countertop & tile backsplash.

I’ve been working with my client since last fall on renovating the 1st floor of their brownstone for a family of 4. It started with water damage on the wood floor, which needed to be replaced. They wanted a modern feel and chose 24”x48” white porcelain tile (slip resistant, easy maintenance) area rugs not in yet. Wallpaper installed yesterday in the alcove.
I look forward to seeing the rest of the space , including the kitchen completed

Putting together options for my client on a sitting room... (currently a dining room open to the kitchen)

For this bathroom renovation, I worked with my client on every detail to ensure this bathroom is everything she wanted, a calming, bath retreat bringing in natures colors, that is also functional. The previous vanity was too low for them, the new one is a typical counter height at 36". She also loves the organic pattern of marble and chose polished Calacatta for the counter. The new porcelain floor tiles are 24"x24" for a seamless look, (less grout, easier to clean) all tile from Tiles Plus More Inc.
