I did something different for Labor Day weekend 2015 and to my amazement, it was the BEST decision I’ve EVER made! And it still is every single day...three years later! So I’m sharing here...if you’re curious or tired, anxious or overwhelmed, or simply not happy with everything in your life...come to Kripalu this weekend! I promise you’ll be glad you did.

BTW, back then I debated about going...knew I had a lot of anxiety around two issues, but didn’t think I had fear so I called Kripalu. His response that “every person everywhere would gain a great deal and benefit” could not have been more spot on.
I’m also super excited I will be there this weekend too...celebrating my 3rd anniversary and the discovery of my new career. This time back I’m honored to be supporting Rhonda Britten teaching this workshop and all those attending.
