Today is International Women’s Day.

A moment to recognize the strength, resilience, and leadership of women everywhere.

Over the past year while building LUCI (Lifestyle Understanding, Care Intelligence), we’ve had the opportunity to speak with hundreds of women about their health journeys.

What becomes clear very quickly is that women are often managing multiple aspects of their health at the same time. Many are prescribed more medications and often multiple medications, and many of those prescriptions have nothing to do with any single condition. They’re simply part of the broader reality of caring for their health over time.

Access and affordability matter.

So today inside LUCI we introduced something new: a Women’s Health Prescription Discount Card built directly into the app.

A small step toward meeting women where they are and helping support the everyday decisions that shape their health.

Announcing Our New Medical Advisor: Melissa Walsh, MD, FACOG

We’re proud to welcome Dr. Melissa Walsh to Naviday Health as Medical Advisor, bringing her bold vision and unmatched experience to our mission of transforming women’s health.

Melissa is a board-certified OB/GYN physician executive with over 15 years of experience delivering and redesigning care across public, nonprofit, and tech-enabled settings.

She began her career in New York City’s safety-net hospitals, serving as a frontline physician and assistant clinical professor at Montefiore, NYU/NYC Health + Hospitals, and FIU/Mount Sinai Medical Center—where she provided full-spectrum OB/GYN care and led health equity initiatives recognized with an NYC H+H Doctor of the Year award.

She later joined a national virtual maternal health startup as National Medical Director, where she helped scale the clinical team tenfold and co-developed an AI-supported care model serving thousands of Medicaid patients across the U.S.

Melissa brings what healthcare desperately needs: a rare blend of clinical depth, public health vision, and systems-level strategy. Her passion lies in translating evidence into action—especially at the intersection of technology, equity, and women’s health.

At Naviday Health, we’re not just digitizing care. We’re reimagining how it works. Melissa’s leadership will help ensure that our AI-Guided Care Plans are not only smart, but also deeply human.

Naviday Health Advances AI-Guided Menopause Care Through Mayo Clinic Platform_Accelerate Program

We’re thrilled to share that Naviday Health is making incredible progress as part of the Mayo Clinic Platform Accelerate program!

Our team is working on an AI-Guided Care Plan designed to help women navigate the menopause journey, and the health risks that often come with it, like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and osteoporosis.

By analyzing insights from over 2.7 million clinical records, we’re building tools that provide personalized guidance and support through The Owl App, so women can better understand their health, manage symptoms, and feel empowered every day.

We’re grateful to the Mayo Clinic Platform team for their support and to our amazing partners at Graviate.AI for helping bring this vision to life.
