PAIR is thrilled to highlight our amazing speakers at this year’s Annual Gala on June 11, 2026:

Maureen O'Sullivan is a longtime PAIR supporter and member of the PAIR team. From 1989 until her appointment to the immigration bench, she served as a dedicated PAIR pro bono mentor. Maureen has distinguished herself through her fierce advocacy, unwavering commitment to her clients, and the sophisticated legal analysis she brought to every matter. Her work consistently reflects the highest standards of professionalism, adherence to the rule of law, generous mentorship, and intellectual rigor. We are honored to welcome Maureen as our keynote speaker and look forward to hearing her insights and reflections at this year’s event.

Qwin Mbabazi is a prominent human rights activist and Senior Manager of Organizational Culture and Community Partnerships at GLBTQ Legal Advocates & Defenders (GLAD Law). She is also a former PAIR client and current Board member who promotes PAIR’s work and the critical need for access to counsel. Through her work at GLAD Law and PAIR, Qwin’s advocacy, leadership, courage to speak out, and steadfast dedication to immigrant rights has a transformative impact on the lives of immigrants and their families and expands access to justice. We are honored to welcome Qwin as our client speaker and look forward to hearing her testimony at this year’s event.

Thank you, Maureen and Qwin, for all that you do for PAIR and PAIR clients!
