From leading dedicated teams to implementing strategies that maintain occupancy and financial performance, her leadership is vital to our long-term asset value.

Leaveine's favorite part of the job is making a meaningful impact by helping communities thrive and ensuring residents have access to safe and stable housing.

When the workday is done, you can find her making lasting memories with their fiancé and children, or traveling and exploring new places and experiences.
