These days, most newcomers research online before getting involved making this self-guided online experience the equivalent of their first visit. This new normal -- researching online -- necessitates we adjust how and where we share information newcomers need. We can't wait for them to get involved anymore to educate them, they need the information online upfront in advance.

Here's the plan in brief:

- Q&A.

Part 2. Group Process
- Break out group discussion focused on crowdsourcing insights, challenges, successes, and questions.

Part 3. Full Group Synthesis
- Report Back
- Discussion

Part 4. Emergent Topics
A primary goal of these sessions is identifying what else we need to attend to in order to learn, grow, and thrive as congregations. We'll use the last part of our session to explore what has emerged.
