One of ABN's primary goals is to build partnerships with community and employer partners to expand our network of resources. With this network, we can ensure that skilled immigrants across the state have access to any resources they may need.
We do this through our yearly series of Orientation Workshops and Information Sessions.
Across these programs, we shared valuable information on topics like immigration, ESOL, workforce development, education, mental health, and more.

In 2025, ABN launched our Skilled Immigrant Certification Program. This program enabled us to support work-authorized skilled immigrants who are ready to continue their careers in Massachusetts.
This was a transition from our existing Career Advising Program. With the launch of the new Certification Program, we were able to take candidates to the next level.
Between these two programs, we received 182 applications last year.
