Every year, ABN hosts a graduation ceremony to celebrate the achievements of our yearly Immigrant Professionals Fellowship cohort. This year, we were proud to graduate the ten fellows, a majority of whom have already been placed in jobs, selected for residency, or received extensions of their fellowship.

This graduation is a celebration of the hard work and dedication of each and every fellow and symbolizes their transition into the next stages of their career.

ABN's Untapped Talent Consortium provides an opportunity for employers to collaboratively address the issues and challenges faced by the foreign-born and BIPOC workforce.

Last year, ABN worked with six different agencies to develop strategies for foreign-born and BIPOC staff to continue in their career development in the human services.

Last year, ABN partnered with Transform Power Systems to recruit for their 2025 Clean Energy Fellowship. Throughout this process, seven ABN candidates were selected for the program.

We look forward to exploring more opportunities in the clean energy sector in the following years.

One of ABN's primary goals is to build partnerships with community and employer partners to expand our network of resources. With this network, we can ensure that skilled immigrants across the state have access to any resources they may need.

We do this through our yearly series of Orientation Workshops and Information Sessions.

Across these programs, we shared valuable information on topics like immigration, ESOL, workforce development, education, mental health, and more.
