Big developments in the Adam Montgomery case.
The New Hampshire Supreme Court overturning Montgomery's 2024 murder conviction, saying the trial was unfair to him.
Montgomery was found guilty of killing his 5-year-old daughter, Harmony Montgomery. Police say she died in 2019.
She would have turned 12-years-old this week, her body still has not been found.
