The garden was amped last night! Great game. Great win. Absolute s**tty officiating but thankfully the tandem of Tatum and Brown prevailed for the WIN!!! Thank you Shaheen for the invite to the C’s home opener and to be part of the honoring of the great Bill Russell #6.

I like a wholistic view to get a sense of direction so I pinned these maps up. They didn’t line up due to wall space restrictions, but you’ll get the point.
Integrating the TGU back in the mix on the regular. This was part of today’s training. I turn 60 in 3 days and realized today I have been lifting weights-consistently- for over 35yrs. That’s more than half my life.
It is the best medicine you could take to stay healthy, strong, resilient, powerful, and a mother fu***ng bad ass, ESPECIALLY as you start the 6th decade of your life. I fell in love with weights in my mid 20’s, and have never wavered in my deep love and devotion.
