With more than a decade of experience in advisor training and development, Calvin will work closely with our talent acquisition, training, and leadership teams to help new advisors build strong foundations for long-term success through onboarding, coaching, and professional development. Last week, members of the Baystate Financial team joined advisors, leaders, and their families from across the country at the MassMutual Leaders Conference in what many call the most magical place on earth, Disney World!
From memorable evenings at SeaWorld and EPCOT to a fun-filled Baystate family dinner at Planet Hollywood, the week was filled with opportunities to connect, celebrate, and create lasting memories. Beyond enjoying the parks and spending time with family and colleagues, the conference was a chance to recognize the accomplishments of advisors at every stage of their careers while building relationships across the MassMutual community.
A special congratulations to Joe Moore, who was recognized as 2025 Sales Manager of the Year, and Tobias McCarthy, who earned the 2025 Freshman 5 Award. We couldn't be prouder of their achievements and the outstanding way they represented Baystate Financial. What a memorable week in Orlando!

Our golf tournament at Pinehills Golf Club in Plymouth, MA was a hole-in-one! The tournament brought colleagues, clients, and supporters together for a day of competition, connection, and giving back, with all proceeds benefitting the Baystate Financial Charitable Foundation. Players took on the Nicklaus and Jones courses, competed in a putting contest, participated in raffles, and wrapped up the day with a reception celebrating the winners and the fundraising efforts.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated and helped support our mission of giving back to the communities we serve.

A beautiful afternoon, an incredible team, and memories we'll carry all year long. Our Associate Summer BBQ at Brae Burn Country Club was a true celebration of the people who make Baystate so special. Golf simulators, live music from T's Keys, great food, and even better company. Until next year!
