Well, well, well… another budget season has come and gone…

Just as we have every year since 2020, we fought relentlessly for more & and ensure our budget reflects what our communities are asking for 💰✊.

Now it’s time to start organizing for next year’s operating and BPS budget. First on the agenda: restoring the Education Committee’s ability to exercise the authority it was intended to have. Yesterday’s meeting made clear just how necessary that is.

Despite the obstacles, we’ll keep pushing forward, because our communities deserve nothing less 🙌🔥

This summer we’re OUTSIDE! Saturday #2 of June owes us nothing! At Bridge Boston and Bunker Hill CC, we uplifted young people achieving their academic dreams. In Mattapan, we celebrated the World Cup and alongside our neighbors...and did so much more! Here’s that we got up to ⬇️
