Every community deserves to feel safe, respected, and protected by those sworn to serve and protect. Yet too many residents continue to share stories, videos, and personal experiences of disrespect, excessive force, abuse of authority, and a lack of accountability.

This is not about being anti-police. This is about being pro-accountability, pro-transparency, and pro-community.

The overwhelming majority of officers serve with honor and professionalism. However, when misconduct occurs and there is no meaningful accountability, public trust is broken. Communities cannot thrive when residents fear those who are supposed to protect them.

We must ask ourselves:

❓ How can trust be built without accountability?
❓ How can communities feel safe when concerns go unheard?
❓ How can we move forward if misconduct is ignored?

Our communities deserve:

We believe that accountability strengthens law enforcement, protects good officers, and builds stronger relationships between police and the communities they serve.

The people of Boston deserve better. Our youth deserve better. Our families deserve better.

Silence does not solve problems. Dialogue does.
Ignoring concerns does not build trust. Accountability does.

Together, we must work toward a future where justice, respect, and public safety go hand in hand.
