🧪🔭🔬 Today marks the start for a week for the "Scientists" part of SASE! 🧪🔭🔬

Explore and celebrate the sciences by participating in SASE’s Science week, where we dedicate a week to the science side of the Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers! Each weekday will have its own theme. Later today, we will start with 💡Innovation day, highlighting an innovator in the sciences, Tuesday we highlight our upcoming community service event on 🌎 Earth Day, Wednesday you’ll learn and taste the science behind 🥐 Red Bean Buns, Thursday we’ll explore the 🌌 Astronomy Department, and on Friday, we wrap up with a 🎬 movie night!

Introducing the next rep for SASE's Networking Night 2022: Antonio Alonso!

Antonio is an incoming Amazon SDE. Amazon is the world's largest online retailer and a prominent cloud service provider. Originally starting as an online bookselling company, Amazon has morphed into an internet-based business enterprise that is largely focused on providing e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming and artificial intelligence (AI) services. As an incoming software development engineer for Amazon's propel program, Antonio will work alongside long-standing mentors and managers to create technical projects for the largest online retailer in the world.

Introducing the next reps for SASE's Networking Night 2022: Michael Du and Yossef Baidi!

Michael and Yossef are research associates at Broad Institute.
The Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard is a research organization that convenes a community of researchers from across many disciplines and partner institutions—MIT, Harvard, and Harvard-affiliated hospitals. Their researchers are deeply collaborative, nimbly launching innovative, high-risk projects at every scale, inventing new technologies, building and implementing computational tools, developing new therapeutics to advance into the clinic, mentoring and training the next generation of scientists, and sharing our data and tools openly to enable breakthroughs anywhere. As research associates, Michael and Yossef abide by this goal to help Broad forward health sciences one step at a time.
