☆ Get plenty of rest and recovery time; we are all heroes so i shouldn't have to advise going to bed early and waking up early, the times of staying up too late and not listening to our bodies is a long, painful pasttime that noone wants to revisit.

☆ Have plenty of fun in the sun; just because you don't have a skiff or boogieboard doesn't mean you can't go for a walk/hike, train in the gym (to release those damn deranged endorphins) { bzz bzz} As humans we require alot of time in nature and in the vitamin D range

☆ don't overdue it! If you need a break are tired or just plain hurting, do things in steps or phases as to not overwork certain vital organs, the heart especially!! People pass away every year from shoveling, not knowing how taxing it actually is on the nervous system and certain muscle groups.
