ENGLISH VERSION
AI is already changing music.
And this conversation is only beginning.
In this new episode of Music & AI / Música e IA, I asked two very direct questions:
Would you rather lose a job to another musician… or to AI?
Should AI learn from artists without their permission?
Huge thanks to Jose .er and Ximena for joining this conversation and sharing their perspectives.
And thanks as well to Dani for sharing the Times video that inspired this reflection.
This is only the beginning.
AI is already here.
The question now is how we are going to protect artists, human labor, and music.
Now I want to ask you:
Should AI learn from artists without their permission?
Tell me in the comments.
AI is already making music.
Creating songs.
Cloning voices.
Shifting the industry.
So I went to to ask one question:
“If an AI song made you cry, would you still call it art?”
Thank you to everyone featured in this video:
Featuring Maya Bommelaere, Mayana Baker, Morgan Soukup, Cecilia Vera, and Estefan Mendoza.
This is Music & AI.
And this is only the beginning.
What do you think?
If an AI song made you cry, would you still call it art?
Tell me in the comments.

Closing the year wrapped in love.
Sharing this moment with my family, feeling history unfold right in front of us.
We may have witnessed Philip Rivers’ final game—a Hall of Famer, a legacy, a moment frozen in time.
Even with the loss, the experience was magical. Being there, together, felt bigger than the score.
Live moments hit the heart in a way no screen ever could.
Ending the year grateful, present, and full of love.
Sending everyone all my love and the very best for 2026. ❤️
