to the start of something amazing with my brother .syn
Grateful for all the relationships my life’s journey has allowed me to cultivate.
Every once in awhile I like to sit back and reflect on the quality of people I’ve crossed paths with.
I’ve been fortunate to meet some unbelievable individuals who have altered the course of my life for the better.
Recently I heard a life rule that I’d like to share with you (it’s helped me immensely): “Don’t take yourself too seriously.”
Lighten up, smile, laugh, and focus on how you can better interact with those around you.
Most of the time, that person didn’t mean to p**s you off, didn’t mean to “ruin your day,” and may be having an equally stressful day themselves.
Now, more than ever, we need to come together. (And it may just lead to you meeting someone amazing you would otherwise blow off.)
Much love to you all and have a great weekend! 🙏🏻 🙏🏻

Things look like this often these days 📝
I was having a conversation with someone the other day and we were reflecting on our “paths” to that point.
We were digging into how we ended up where we were, and how we can continue to chart a course forward.
A big part of what has driven me over the years is the constant pursuit of human performance, in whatever form it takes.
It’s lead me to lean into hobbies and passions, make physical training a cornerstone of my life, and to pursue education constantly.
The secret sauce of what allows people to perform in various avenues is fascinating.
I’ve recently been involved in some really cool projects exploring this further. Looking forward to sharing some of it with the world soon 🌎

I’m going to share the secret of any successful training program that most coaches don’t want you to know
There is ONE food item that perfectly marries the nutrients and calories you need to fuel your muscles.
For those who haven’t caught on yet, I’m talking about pizza of course. Bonus points if it’s (which, I might add, has topped the charts of many frozen pizza competitions; but I digress).
It’s also good to have some extra training motivation when running, especially with coming up.
Plus, when you go the pepperoni route, you can smash some extra protein in the process.
If you’re trying to get some of these gains for yourself, hit the link in my bio to find where you can get YOUR very own pepperoni pizza.
Side note: Holy Pepperoni is right, they’re not going light with the meat slabs. Stuff is delicious.

This old picture basically sums up how I felt after today’s workout.
Hit a beat-down with the fellas and couldn’t stand up for 15 minutes afterward.
That wasn’t necessarily the plan today, but sometimes you just need to get after it and hope for the best.
Here’s to hoping tomorrow goes a little bit better 😅

Looking forward to a long weekend with my partner in crime.
I’ve been blessed with many exciting opportunities as of late that I’m looking forward to pursuing.
One thing I’m not as good at is turning it off and allowing myself the time to unwind.
Looking forward to decompressing a little this weekend and hope you all do the same.
Be well, and sending good vibes your way!
