Lady Grey is back for spring 🌿
I’ve been keeping my core collection small this year, but I had all the ingredients on hand and couldn’t let them go to waste. So, I brought back a couple of seasonal favorites, including this one.
This soap is made with freshly brewed Lady Grey tea, and I blended it with notes inspired by the tea itself. I used bergamot, a little tangerine, and a few other essential oils that just work so well together. And it absolutely smells divine ✨️

This is my Lavender + Cardamom soap, one of the scent blends I created that I’m still really proud of. Lavender is calming and familiar, but the cardamom adds this warm, slightly spiced depth that makes the whole bar feel a little unexpected.
Watching the bars come to life like this never gets old. Every single one is cut by hand and made in small batches.

Since it’s Women's History Month, I wanted to share some of my non-negotiables with you that I've been thinking about a lot! 😌💛
Women are often told to be quiet, agreeable, endlessly positive, and graceful no matter what. But I’ve learned that silence and toxic positivity don’t create growth or respect.
These are a few things that are non-negotiable for me -
✨️ If there’s clear disrespect, I don’t argue or explain anymore. I simply distance myself.
✨️ Being opinionated doesn’t make a woman difficult. It means she’s engaged with the world. And, my voice matters!
✨️ Boundaries are absolutely necessary. They’re not about shutting people out. They’re about protecting what matters.
✨️ Real life includes discomfort, accountability, and honest conversations. So, for me, toxic positivity isn’t positivity and is honestly quite toxic.
✨️ I would rather live aligned with my core values than stay quiet to make others comfortable.
The older I get, the clearer my boundaries have become.

I made our wonderful Citrus Spice Scrub last week for our upcoming markets. It smells sooo delicious and divine! 🍊🌿
As we move deeper into Ayurveda, we're also being intentional about using the ingredients we already have instead of buying more. The plan is to finish up what we have and then focus on a couple of new products and decrease our product offerings to help create a sustainable quality product line. Not every product will be coming back, so this feels like a meaningful batch. Smells like fresh citrus, a little spice, and a good scrub that's simple and effective.
