You should be wearing SPF every single day, whether its sunny or cloudy. SPF protects your skin from harmful UVA/UVB rays that cause early signs of aging like sun spots, loss of elasticity, uneven skin tone and more. There are makeup up products that contain SPF protection but that is not enough, always make sure to layer your SPF then apply your makeup. My favorite SPF is PCA Broad Spectrum spf 30.
