Travel is incredible. It's also unpredictable. Daniel is the person making sure Travel Advisors are never navigating that alone.
Q: How do you support Travel Advisors in your role?
A: I'm a mix of safety net, problem-solver, and occasional "let's figure this out quickly" person. When things don't go as planned — which happens, because travel — I step in and help get everything back on track. A big part of my role is also working behind the scenes so those situations happen less often in the first place. That's always the goal.
Q: What's one thing you wish more people knew about working with Europe Express?
A: I wish more people knew how invested everyone at Europe Express is in making each trip the best it can possibly be. It's not just a booking for us — we genuinely want every trip to go right. There's a lot happening behind the scenes, from planning to coordination to problem-solving along the way, all focused on making sure everything goes smoothly.
