I want to thank Rael for her patience while I spent a whole day cooking for a chilli cook off. 💖
My Masonic lodge held an annual chilli cook off this week.
I made my Piri Piri chilli and Won the judge's, Rael's, and my brothers votes.
I finally perfected "Paulo's Peri Piri", Peri Peri sauce, finding the right balance of ingredients.
My paste is concentrated for multiple uses. 🎉

Well, the idea of recording my process started off well but did not continue. Boo hoo to me. Haha. Next time.
