We are thrilled to say that Royal Robotics has received our Edmonds School District Foundation grant in full to partially cover FIRST LEGO League (FLL) expenses from the 2024-2025 season. We express our gratitude to the Foundation for providing us with this opportunity to continue our outreach efforts without compromising other aspects of our team.

All six of our FLL teams will be competing at our in-district pre-season competition at Former Alderwood Middle School, the current temporary location of Oak Heights Elementary, on December 7th, from 10:00 to 3:00. Spectators are welcomed, and doors will open at 10. The morning will consist of practice and judging of the team’s research project, and official matches will start at one o’clock. We are looking for a couple additional volunteers; please message [email protected] if this is something you would be interested in. The Oak Heights, Alderwood Middle, and winning Westgate team will then continue onto the regional competition at Ballard High School on December 14th.
