May is Mental Health Awareness Month! This month at TUI/ARKA, we are prioritizing our mental health by taking "brain breaks" and spending time outside, hanging out with loved ones, and relieving stress by doing activities we enjoy.

TUI/ARKA offers an EAP program for all of our employees, which includes in-person counseling sessions, 24/7 assistance, and multiple online resources and information to help with mental health and quality of life. Enjoy a nice brain break!
