Always There

Beauty is still everywhere I look.

I can take a walk or read a good book,
Call a friend, my mom, or cuddle my cat inside my elbows.

My mind can go to and fro, thrash around or let go.

Whatever I say and wherever I am, beauty is still everywhere I look.

Whether I look inside or all around, if I look way up or hang my head down,

I cannot deny in my heart or the sky, I cannot miss on the ground or in your eyes,

Beauty….is still….everywhere I look.

I am part of a group called and we are all making today to support a smooth and peaceful election that has the higher good of this planet at heart - at least from the United States’ contribution. You too can gather mindfully and create beauty today to add some love into what is typically a stressor. and please, because we are whole and complex people.
