BOULDER REZ HALF 💕 what a blast!!

such a scenic & fun course at the boulder rez half marathon yesterday!! it was more trail than i realized and my watch clocked almost 600 ft of gain! i tried out a run/walk pacing strategy that worked very well for the first 8 miles, then switched it up the last 5 miles as it got hotter to get my HR under control and finish strong 🏃‍♀️ not a PR this time but my 5th fastest half - and I’m proud I pushed myself to run hard! 🙌
