"Go back and take care of yourself. Your body needs you, your feelings need you, your perceptions need you. Your suffering needs you to acknowledge it. Go home and be there for all these things." - Nhat Hanh.... A recently passed beautiful soul.

As the holiday season passes and life slows down a bit, I've finally found some time to complete another blog! Feels like it's been too damn long!
I meet so many potential clients who resist the idea of paying a professional to help them find freedom from whatever struggle they're under. Some even make questionable comments about how we professionals should offer our services for free. Hm...
So, this blog post is just a little food for thought about why investing in your health is so important. It's amazing how much less suffering there would be if people were more willing to make that investment.
Enjoy!
Food for Thought: Investing in Your Health Did you know that younger generations are more willing to invest in their health and well-being than older generations? I'm not sure exactly where this difference lies. But I do know that I am certainly among this group that is willing and eager to invest in my health. And here’s why. To invest in...

My new Candidiasis Healing Program is rolling out November 1st, with a new program beginning the first of each month. Reach out directly to sign up for the next one!
This is a one-of-a-kind three month program of education and healing for those with a diagnosed or suspected candida overgrowth.
From my own experience with the infection years ago, I have dedicated much time and energy to researching the nature of this unique and incredibly common condition. I've also developed a stellar protocol which addresses all factors contributing to the infection, including conditions closely related.
Come learn about the many nuances of Candidiasis, apply a variety of tips and tools to build your personal protocol, and take control of your own healing process within the setting of a supportive community of others navigating the same new waters. You won't find this opportunity anywhere else.
Click the link below to read more about this program, and share this with someone in need!
Candidiasis Healing Program | Pranacea Candidiasis is an infection caused by the overgrowth of Candida albicans, one particular species of yeast. An overgrowth of this species of opportunistic pathogen is, unfortunately, far more common than people often realize. And those that do acknowledge an overgrowth in their own body are likely ex...

Of all the perfectly justifiable reasons to complain about the pandemic, one that I've heard (and continue to hear) fairly often is that of weight gain. And this is a good segue into my newest blog post! Obviously, there is an entire protocol surrounding weight loss, which I personalize for each of my clients. However, increasing fiber intake is almost always one aspect of my protocol. For good reason! But, there are so many other benefits to fiber! Yet it seems to be such a misunderstood macronutrient. Poor guy.
So read on to learn more!
And, as always, reach out for support! 😊
Fiber: The Unsung Hero of Macronutrients Of all the macronutrients, fiber seems to be the unsung hero. The majority of people are familiar with protein, fats, and carbohydrates, and may be aware of some of the benefits they each have to offer. But, fiber seems to be often misunderstood and greatly undervalued. A significant percentage of A...

After a period of personal struggle, I'm FINALLY finding my inspiration to continue blogging and sharing! And so, without further delay, here is part two of my Myths About Sun Exposure & Skin Cancer blog. In part two, I take a popular article advocating the dangers of sun exposure, and essentially dismantle their argument piece by piece. I had quite a bit of fun with this one 😉
Enjoy!
Myths About Sun Exposure & Skin Cancer (Melanoma): Part Two Welcome to part two of my Myths About Sun Exposure & Skin Cancer blog! I have to say, I’m really excited to share this blog, because this piece in particular was a lot of fun to put together! Before we get to the fun part, I’ll give a quick recap of part one. During part one of this blog, we exp...

A healthy respect for, and independence from, conventional medicine is an often overlooked aspect of true health. It's also a fine line to walk. Especially after studying natural medicine, I had to rediscover my respect for our healthcare system. I may be aware of their flaws, but I can acknowledge their value. It doesn't seem that much of society sees both sides, though. Read on with both curiosity and an open mind...

Conventional Medicine: Friend or Foe? An Acknowledgment of Their Fortes, Fallacies, and Faults. I recently heard our healthcare system be described as a “sick care system” because professionals and providers only see patients when they are sick. For most of us, this probably makes much sense. “Well, of course they only see patients when they are sick.” However, this is simply all we kn...

Happy Fourth from Storm Lake, Iowa! I hope everyone is able to enjoy a day out in the sun!
Aside from celebrating independence, I'm also celebrating my two year anniversary of discovering a natural method that kicked my pink eye infection in one day with this new blog post! 😉
Enjoy!
Pink Eye: A Natural Approach Most people experience pink eye at least once in their life. If you haven’t, consider yourself lucky! The correct term for the condition is conjunctivitis and affects the conjunctiva, the protective layer that covers the white of the eye. Based on the suffix of the medical term, we know that it is...
