Huge shoutout to my killer client, Erica Remke who broke 200lbs for the first time in 2 years! And it only took her 40 days!

The most admirable trait about Erica is her consistency and unwillingness to budge when she is faced with adversary.

Erica displays amazing perseverance and trust in the process and now is starting to reap the rewards.

The best part is she doesn't have to:
1️⃣Starve herself
2️⃣Do hours of cardio
3️⃣Spend hours in the gym

I'm so excited to see where her perseverance will take her in the next 40 days!

If you're lazy like me but want to get in great shape, try this ⬇️⬇️

A few weeks ago I was scratching my brain about how to do cardio when I absolutely hate cardio, That's when I came to the conclusion to "Walk while I watch."

If you're going to watch TV anyways, you might as well use it as an opportunity everyday to get in great shape. Somethings you can try are:
1️⃣ Bringing your mobile device on the treadmill at the gym
2️⃣ Walking and watching in your backyard or around your neighborhood
3️⃣ Set up your treadmill in front of your television.

Give yourself permission to walk and watch everyday. If you can watch 1.5 hours of television while walking, you will be more in shape than 22.9% of Americans.
