Energizing Touch

Feeling grateful and happy that I work doing what I love to do: helping others to feel well and mind & body integrated! Look what a client just texted me today : “Hi Elia, I just wanted to let you know that the rolfing work helped A LOT! I got the best night of sleep last night that I've had in weeks. My arms almost didn't bother me at all.
