Dharma Gates is hosting a six-day silent retreat at Claymont Society from Monday April 3rd - Sunday April 9th led by Theravada teacher Beth Upton. The focus will be developing a healthy, sustainable, and loving relationship with your chosen object of meditation. Beth Upton is a teacher from the lineage of Pa Auk Sayadaw in the Theravada Buddhist tradition. This retreat will consist of periods of sitting and walking meditation, along with group Q&A and 1:1 time with the teacher. It is offered on a donation basis in the spirit of dana.
