Last night was the first time in 4 years that I was home, in Colorado, to celebrate my birthday, and let’s say it’s a big one. (cough cough 40) ⁠

I feel so blessed to spend the night celebrating with people from all aspects of my life, from preschool to high school to tropical living and everything in between. I brought in the new decade with so many people I love, and received so many messages, my heart is so very full. I love you all! ❤️🥰

Wandering the streets of Havana with my camera, we stumbled upon this talented trumpet player sitting on the sea wall, adding a touch of magic to the rhythm of Cuba. 🌊🎶⁠

Havana, with its crumbling history and vibrant culture, left a lasting impression on us. As broke sailors, we embraced Cuba’s unique charm—eating ham sandwiches with locals, sharing stories, and immersing ourselves in a culture so different from our own.⁠
