Global Peace Train

We wouldn't have made it this far without the generous support of the community! We are halfway finished with the Ghost Dance Short film with Dave Swallow Jr., a Lakota Medicine Man, Sundance Chief, and one of the Headsmen for the Lakota, Nakota, and Dakota Nations who lives on Pine Ridge Reservation.

We are scheduled to shoot the rest of the film at the end of May on Pine Ridge Reservation. Take a look at the first teaser made from the footage from the first shoot. It isn't the Official Trailer that will be made after we shoot the rest of the film but it's a good look at how far we have come!

Ghost Dance is an interactive educational program designed for film festivals, schools, universities, and museums. The world is at risk of losing the connection to precious Indigenous wisdom as tribal elders leave us. Global Peace Train is dedicated to helping build a digital library of such content before it is too late.

The content for Ghost Dance was imagined by Dave Swallow Jr. and two of his Lakota friends 15 years ago. Now the only elder among the trio of three still alive, Dave’s dream is becoming manifest.
