According to A Course in Miracles everything I think I am experiencing( or think that I am seeing) is something I am giving meaning to or am making up in the mind. Then pain in the body or disease or illness is something I am assigning a meaning or value.

Action affirmations or statements to produce desired results:
I AM perfect health.
I AM perfect cellular structure in every organ, system or function of this body.
My body continues to be in its original state by the creator.
It is in the mind where we allow beliefs, ideas or programming to convince us that we are less than Whole or Divine Perfection.
As such I always remain in my original state of perfection unless I choose otherwise.
Clearing the mind and improving the quality of one’s thoughts( both are proven Spiritual Purification practices) are among the fastest ways to be healed, wealthy, joyous, connected and free.
It is a Fast Path or shortcut to end suffering and be able to laugh at yourself and reality.
However, you must be vigilant and proactive in daily letting go of limiting, self destructive and unkind ideas about you or your life.
Be mindful of every thought that comes to mind. As soon as you are aware of any critical or negative ideas, switch them immediately to the absolute truth instead.
Breathe. Breathe often during these shifts, moments of rapid evolution or quantum leaps in consciousness.
After questioning anything that you were led to believe was true, a period of unsettling may occur until one makes the adjustment.
Each time you clear a huge block of your ”Personal Law” or really, Personal Lie, more of your Light of who you really are Reveals itself.
Breathe.
You may feel disconnected, out of body or lost. You are simply in the middle of a break through which often looks like a break down.
The YouKnowVerse does not like stuck energy and will move you anyway it can. Breathe and surrender often.
Your Being or Nature is filling up the spaces in you that have been closed, shut down or been highly protected.
Breathe.
All myths, stories and theories are merely passing trends or traditions that are fading away. They temporarily appear before you, like a ghost or memory, for your last chance to make peace with them and then send them to the light to be transmuted and requalified now and forever.
It’s time to reclaim your Whole Being-ness, playFull spirit, curiosity & joy of community. Doing this will give you deep feelings of purpose and a meaningFull Life.
Everyday in every way I am better and better and better.
All the cells of my body are daily bathed in the perfection of my Divine Being.
The creator built perfection into my cellular memory with the blessing of seeing and using my Almighty I AM Perfection anytime I wish.
I now Know that I know that I know. And it’s ok with me that I know.
After years of daily practice of mind yoga( union with the innocent, precious you), a calm, balanced, trusting and easy flowing way of Being is achieved.
This is the Inescapable Life that your Being is guiding you to remember and experience to the fullest.
