Fix this‼️🛠️ A lot of people do this exercise wrong! You don’t want to hip hike in order to start the slide! This is improper sequence of muscle firing! Make sure your torso doesn’t tip upon initiating the movement! And make sure you keep your knees locked out straight to preventing leaking energy and build knee stability! #hipstability #hipstrength #minibands #minibandworkout #warmup #vortxperformance 02/05/2025

In order to build spinal integrity you have to train for anti rotation aka pallof press! Stop wringing out your spine and build some integrity and stability so you can move efficiently and maximize performance! The most embarrassing thing ever happened the first time I tried these after my football career! I damn near tipped over! As a freshly retired college football player I definitely didn’t expect this to happen. My low back had taken so much abuse it no longer had any stability left. That’s when I realized how important this exercise was for me and I started practicing every day in my bedroom where no one could see. It didn’t take long before my back started to feel so much better! I recently took a 10 hour flight from the US to Sweden, I didn’t realize it until we got there but I had this wonderful moment of “I have no pain!” If you would’ve asked me during my football career I would’ve said “that’s impossible.” Beyond grateful, for this exercise.
