Sheet Pan Fajita Bowls 🌶️🧀🫑🧅🍚 by Bailey Oschman, RDN, CD, CPT ✨

One pan, big flavor. Juicy chicken + peppers roasted with Siete taco seasoning, served over Grain Trust | Frozen Rice Cilantro Lime Rice with avocado, cheese, and lime. Dinner in 30 minutes. 🙌

📝 RECIPE
• 1½ lbs chicken, sliced
• 3 bell peppers + 1 red onion, sliced
• 1 packet Siete Taco Seasoning + ½ cup chicken bone broth
• 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, juice of ½ lime
• 1 pkg Grain Trust | Frozen Rice Cilantro Lime Rice
• Avocado, shredded cheese, lime, cilantro for serving

Directions:
1️⃣ Toss chicken, peppers, onion with olive oil on a sheet pan.
2 Whisk seasoning + broth, pour over, spread evenly.
3️⃣ Roast at 425°F for 20–25 min. Squeeze lime on top.
4️⃣ Heat rice, build bowls with fajita mix, cheese, avocado.
