BoCo MARKET UPDATE / / April continued Boulder County’s steady spring momentum, with inventory rising 14.5% month-over-month as more sellers entered the market ahead of summer. Even with the seasonal increase, active listings remain 18.6% lower than this time last year — keeping overall supply relatively constrained.
The average closed price held remarkably steady at $1,090,416, up slightly from last month and reflecting continued price stability in a market defined by limited inventory and sustained demand.
