Happy Nonprofit Day! Today, August 17th, we celebrate the incredible impact of nonprofit organizations like our very own B*H Ambassadors Gift Shop!

Our amazing, all volunteer, gift shop is more than just a place to find a thoughtful gift or a quick snack. It is part of our hospital community. We work both diligently and creatively to provide leadership to the community to generate and distribute funds that enhance the services provided by the hospital.

All proceeds from our gift shop go directly to funding our numerous programs including: scholarships, mini grants, continuing education, employee assistance fund, employee wellness fund, plush for surgery dept., crayons and coloring books for emergency dept., and several others. Over the years we have given $2.6 milion+ to our hospital. This year alone we have awarded $59,000 in scholarships, $20,000 to the employee assistance fund, and $20,000 to employee wellness and the year is not over! We are proud of our contributions to the hospital and community. We could not do it without the support of our wonderful volunteers, amazing hospital staff and you. Thank you for helping us continue to make a difference!
