Dropping into the flow of vinyasa is easiest anytime I'm surrounded by nature. There is a certain pulse I feel walking around in a city, especially a new city, but it's a different vibe than being completely swallowed by nature. Nature teaches by example; it greets intensity, change, fragility, creation, & destruction with appropriate . It is sometimes chaotic, often peaceful, usually messy, and always humbling.

your hand opens and closes and opens and closes. if it were always a fist or always stretched open, you would be paralyzed. your deepest presence is in every small contracting and expanding, the two as beautifully balanced and coordinated as bird wings.
