Modular frontends: An architectural style in which UIs/pages are made up of micro apps. That means smaller codebases, easier fixes and deployments.

Composable frontends: The ability to use code, low-code and no-code tools all alongside one another.

Using them together gives developers the freedom and flexibility to create one part of a site (blog) with a no-code tool while the homepage is run with JavaScript etc. Or, simply use all no-code tools and skip the need for developers and DevOps.
