Her goal was “Creating more jobs for people who are disabled,” she says. “That’s my whole mission.” And she has done just that--hired 15 people with disabilities and trains them one-on-one. We could all take a page from her lesson book.

This 31-year-old woman with Down syndrome launched a cookie company 5 years ago — and has already made over $1.2 million Collette DiVitto, who was born with Down syndrome, founded Collettey's Cookies in 2016. Now, she hires people with disabilities and teaches entrepreneurship workshops.
