Studio AIR with Jen

I’m all smiles for two reasons: First, because I’m back at subbing in-studio classes; second, because as of today masks are optional throughout the studio! It felt amazing to teach a full house yesterday and to be able to walk, move and breathe freely. I hope to see you on your mat again soon!

I’m all smiles today after teaching a private yoga class for a bridal shower 💖 - what a gift to be able to lead such a lovely group of women! If someone you love is planning a wedding this year, I’d be honored to teach an online or outdoor class to the bridal party too.
