A bow to our Summer 2026 Yoga Teacher Training graduates. 🤍
For weeks you showed up for early morning. You moved through philosophy and anatomy, sequencing and silence. You held space for each other. You let yourselves be changed.
Watching this cohort come together has been one of the great honors of our year. Each of you brought something the room needed. Curiosity. Courage. Vulnerability. Light.
We are so proud of who you’ve become through this practice, and even more excited about who you’re becoming next.
Graduation isn’t an ending. It’s a doorway!!

A practice of softening. 🤍
This Sunday, June 7 — 4:00–6:00 PM at Downtown with Justine R.
Two hours of slow, breath-led movement designed to create more space in the body and softness in the nervous system. Gentle backbends, supported restorative shapes, and intentional pauses — opening explored as something gradual and grounded, never forced.
Come as you are. Leave a little more open, in every sense of the word. 🌿

Chapter four of the Yoga Sutras, Kaivalya Pada, explores absolute awakening and how we can separate ourselves from the ego by realizing we are not our thoughts.
The mind is like a clear crystal that takes on the color of whatever it is placed against. If you put your mind up against the world or your own thoughts, it reflects them back, making you believe that is who you are and what is real.
True freedom and liberation come from this discernment:
• Seeing the difference between your mind and your spirit.
• Moving beyond questions like “Who am I?” and “Why am I here?”.
• Simply being in the world without creating more ripples of karma and baggage.
• Acting in a way that does not perpetuate suffering for yourself or others.
If you can observe your feelings, thoughts, and stories, then they aren’t you. What’s left? 🧘✨

Join us for our First Friday Community Hike with Stephanie S. at Dakota Ridge Trail — Friday, May 1st from 6:30–8:00AM. Fresh air, good people, and a view that makes it worth the early alarm.
