Growth isn’t glamorous.

I rebuilt my health from the inside out.
Not perfectly. Not linearly. But intentionally.

You can only be as lean as you are dense

So to help me build I add 3-5g of Creatine daily.

Creatine increases your muscles’ stores of phosphocreatine, which helps regenerate ATP (your cells’ quick energy source). More ATP = more power during short, intense efforts.
That matters because it lets you:

💪🏻Do more reps
💪🏻Recover faster between sets
Over time, that extra training volume is what drives muscle growth.
