Job Description
Work in a small office environment to provide friendly and professional service to clients by handling policy inquiries, changes, quotes and billing inquiries (phone and in-person); new business sales; general office management. Insurance licensing is required and part of the training.

Responsibilities
Actual job responsibilities are determined by the Agent but duties may include:

* Customer service calls, resolves basic policy inquiries
*Input policy changes, assist in maintaining client records
*Process payments
*Quote new business / cross sell to existing clients
*Set up appointments for the agent
*Marketing activities as assigned

Qualifications
*Previous office and/or insurance experience (preferred)
*Property and casualty licensed (preferred) or willing and able to become licensed (required)
*Confidence
*Outstanding communication skills
*Conflict resolution skills
*Ability to solve problems.
*High degree of self-motivation
*Maintains a professional image
*Able to multi-task
