His expertise spans compensation strategy, benefits design, rewards and recognition, wellness initiatives, and HR technology. Charles is also a recipient of a Bronze-level International Stevie Award for HR Department of the Year, recognizing excellence in human resources leadership and innovation.

At Inovalon, Charles will oversee compensation, benefits, rewards and recognition, and wellness programs. He will play a key role in creating a competitive, equitable, and financially sustainable rewards strategy that helps attract, motivate, and retain top talent while supporting our culture and long-term growth.
