If this is the first time you are visiting this page , Winston's company, for computer repair, consider it your lucky day. After more than five months of aggravation, disappointing responses from Costco and Acer, Winston took my call, diagnosed the problem, came up with a solution he "guaranteed" would work, purchased the part and repaired my computer perfectly and with a smile at a reasonable price. And all this on the same day I called!
Being "computer clueless" is not fun. In the same day, I provided his contact information to two "needy" friends. He is an engineer by training and brings so much knowledge and experience, not to mention his patient, caring personality.
You will make one call, you will not have to wait endlessly and you will never again wonder who to call. The brain drain at big companies is depressing. Worse is opting to pay after paying for additional protection that has proved worthless.
