Adventure at the Studio Reno on a Dark, Rainy Night

There I was, working away in the studio while the rain hammered the roof like it had a personal vendetta. Out of the corner of my eye, I spotted a suspicious wet spot creeping across the floor — slowly, dramatically, like it knew it was about to ruin my evening.

It was seeping from behind the sheetrock, right where the AC pipe runs. So we cut out a tiny square to investigate… and of course, that tiny square turned into the entire wall. Because apparently, when the siding went up, someone forgot there was a whole pipe living back there.

Cue the facepalm and the shrug of resignation. Renovation adventures, right?
