Today I had the privilege of spending the day with the Connecticut REALTORS® 2026 Leadership Academy, diving into what it really takes to run an effective, productive, and (yes) even engaging meeting.
We covered a lot: structure, strategy, decision-making, and how to lead a room without letting it lead you. But what stood out most was the energy in the room. This group showed up ready to learn, participate, and challenge themselves—and we had a lot of fun doing it.
Thank you for the invitation and the opportunity to be part of your leadership journey. The future of your organization is in very capable hands.
