We emphasize putting your phones down, being spontaneous, and remembering that your relationship was once fun and exciting. We discuss how getting out of a business mindset and back into pleasure and novelty can help you reconnect on a deeper level.

Distractions are breaking families apart more than anything else. Your presence, truly locked in with your kids, means the world. Even 15-30 minutes of undivided attention makes them feel loved and protected.
