About "The Pod"
The adventure of The Paisley Pod started in 2015 as a mobile and online boutique when my sisters and I decided to make our dream of owning a boutique a reality! We purchased Betty, our big pink truck, and got to work making her into our beautiful store on wheels!
Fast forward through weddings, babies, moves and God pulling us towards different purposes, to fall of 2016 when I, Chrystal, because the sole owner of The Paisley Pod. My sisters and I have THE STRONGEST bond and I am so incredibly grateful to have begun this crazy dream with them! They of course still help me shop, take my wild idea phone calls, and are also always there to pick me up when I need some sister love and encouragement!
Because of all of YOU and the support of my family and friends, I was able to open my beautiful, dream storefront the summer of 2019! We still use Betty for fun events but I am so grateful to have opened my store so that I can more fully serve all of YOU! When you shop with me, I hope to not only help you find a super cute outfit, but to also help you feel like the amazing, confident, beautiful, awesome person that you are! My mission and The Paisley Pod’s mission is to create a community where women feel worthy and empowered to embrace their inner beauty and the confidence to let it shine. We take this mission very seriously and hope you feel that each time you shop with us in store and online, or hang out with us on social media. About the Owner
If we haven't met yet... Hey! My name is Chrystal and I'm so happy you're here! I am a wife to a great guy, Adam, who is a teacher and coach at Brandon Valley High School. I'm also mom to 3 amazing little people that rule our roost, a girl and 2 boys. Rylan, Ryder, and Corbin are my heart and I love them so much.
I have dreamed of owning my own business for FOREVER. I was the girl with the never ending lemonade stands in the summer, organizing carnivals in my backyard, and when I was in high school I even organized concerts on my family's acreage and charged admission! I love clothes, I love people, I love shopping, and I love helping people feel amazing! What better way to fulfill all of those passions than with owning a boutique!?
My family is pretty awesome, and adventurous and I am sooo blessed to live the mompreneur life! For fun we love to go camping, Friday night movies and beach towel picnics, and we will never turn down a good dance party!
A few things about me... I absolutely love coffee and will drive a good distance just to get some, this may be called an addiction! I also love wine, wine tasting and a fun girls night out! I play Bunco with my girls (sounds old, but it is sooooo fun!), and I really love reality TV - HGTV, The Bachelor/Bachelorette, Kardashian's, Teen Mom 2, Real Housewives of the OC, you get the idea... it's bad but oh so good! Other bad habits include, ice cream,Target, and shopping in general. I also love yoga, and a good morning workout, personal development books (can I get an "Amen" for Rachel Hollis?!"), and of course spending time with my family.
