My Uncle gave me some reeeeely cool vintage hi-fi equipment including this Japanese Akai Reel to Reel along with 50+ tapes! Might have to start calling me Reel to Reel Savior.

Got a nice package in the mail today from a buddy. Opened it to find this gem! Can't wait to sit down and read it. Has anyone else read this yet?

It's cloudy, rainy and looking like winter around these parts. Drab. Grey. Lifeless. Happens every year. A time to recoup. Regroup. Stay in the coop. Spin wax. Today's theme - black and white covers. Yeah, missed a lot of obvious ones, 1st Led Zeppelin and others. But today it's obscure crap I've never listened to. By the way, this Nurock is nice. Solo piano. Dark. Moody. Emotional. I like it. A lot.

Where's all the people out there that have an unwavering opinion on who the greatest rock drummer of all time is? Keith Moon? Neil Peart? Bonham? Ginger Baker? Someone else?

Regardless, Ginger Baker was a mega machine on the kit and released some of the greatest Heavy Psych and Rock of all time. You wanna argue with that?
