Playing the piano is fun... check out all the things your brain is doing at once.
1. The Eyes: a pianist sight reads two different lines of music each on a different clef.
2. The Ears: Pianist listen to the notes sung by a singer and adjust his/her play accordingly
3. The Hands: The pianist often plays Intricate Rhythms independantly from each other with each hand playing a different rhythm at a time.
4. Keeping Time: The pianist accurately keep time by synthesizing and Synchronizing all sensory input and motor activity. in addition, they are able to subdivide the beat in a myriad ways.
5. Fingers: Very Few intruments requires the use of all ten fingers bt a pianist independently uses his ten fingers for a better play
6. Spatial: Pianist knows where all the notes are without having to look at the piano keyboard
7. Artistic Interpretation; pianist transmits emotions by capturing the mood, Style and Tempo of a song, Using performance techniques such as dynamics, articulation, rhythm, and expressive timing.
